Scottish International has defended its strong defensive core position in the Bundesliga against FC Schalke 04 with a convincing victory on Sunday night.
The Scottish side, which is currently third in the table and looking to secure their place in the Champions League, were under pressure after suffering two consecutive defeats earlier this season.
But Scottie Moore's team came out fighting, with several key players contributing to their victory. The Scottish international scored his first goal of the season against Schalke, while also providing assists for Jordan Ibe and Jamie Vardy.
"I thought we had a good game against Schalke," said Scottie Moore, who was named man of the match. "We worked hard defensively and got some goals from our midfielders.
"We're still learning as a team, but we have a lot of positives coming into this week."
